A Long Overdue Thank You to Kerry

I’ve been meaning to write this for a while because an experience as meaningful as this deserves to be shared. Last year I had the privilege of walking & talking with Kerry once a week for six weeks, and those moments became more valuable than I ever could have imagined.

Some weeks, my thoughts spilled out effortlessly; other times, silence held more weight, but no matter what I brought to our walks, Kerry met me with the same unwavering presence, never rushing, never judging, just holding space in a way that felt safe, warm & deeply understanding.

What makes Kerry truly special is her ability to guide without leading, to help untangle without taking over. She gently challenged the negative thought patterns I didn’t even realise were looping in my mind, yet she did it with such grace that the realisations felt like my own. It wasn’t about giving me answers, it was about helping me find them within myself, & that’s exactly what she did.

Kerry has a rare & beautiful gift. Talking to her felt like talking to someone I’d known forever, someone who instinctively knew how to meet me where I was & help me make sense of the noise in my head. Through her kindness, insight & gentle way of prising open the doors I had unknowingly closed, she helped me reconnect with my own inner wisdom.

What a beautiful new experience I had today at Kerry’s Monday Reiki session. At the Sussex Shala in stunning surroundings of the South Downs. I would definitely recommend this hour of smoothing music and energy from Kerry's hands. Totally relaxes your mind, and body. What better way to unwind, and calm the mind. Thank you.

I regularly enjoy the wonderfully relaxing experience of a Reiki infused back massage from Kerry. I was initially concerned that it may have a detrimental affect on my joints as I have an auto-inflammatory disease, but in fact it helps enormously, so I go once a month to maintain the improvement.
Highly recommended, Kerry is very gentle, I always leave feeling relaxed and with improved joint movement.

I am getting over two frozen shoulders and trapped nerve in lower back so Kerry had her work cut out I felt. Walking through the door I felt instant calm and warmth. Reiki infused massage was my choice and oh my... Not only was my posture better and the discomfort eased the reiki/massage did so much more for me. I described it as feeling clean and cleansed. Kerry was incredible. A real Jewel in Hailsham and cannot recommend enough. 🙂

Kerry is a miracle worker! Spent over a year on an NHS waiting list to help with my shoulder as couldn’t lift my arm. Went and saw Kerry and had Reiki massage that was so relaxing she eased all the tension built up and after a few sessions I had full use of my arm again. Not only the physical help she gave but the emotional too. Every visit is like a weight lifted and you feel physically and emotionally lighter. 100% recommend Kerry for anyone!
