The care my young cat has received has been second to none, all the staff have travelled with me on his long road to recovery. All his procedures were explained to me along with the pros and cons of might or might not happen but happily with their care and expertise he has pulled through.

We have just joined the Hadleigh Vets and put simply, it’s the best vets we’ve ever been to by far! We have had a really challenging time with another practice recently and so our dog was really nervous. We saw Jo who put our dog and us at ease straightaway. We got clear answers to all our questions and didn’t feel rushed in the consultation. The advice was clear and it was so refreshing to hear a vet recommend no treatment. The surgery itself is bright, clean and welcoming with state of the art facilities meaning so much can be done there without the need to refer elsewhere. I can’t recommend Jo and the team enough so join The Hadleigh Vets if you can.

Decided to try The Hadleigh Vets as closer than my previous practice and much easier to park (large car park on site).
It was very easy to book online and I got an appointment quickly for my elderly whippet who had a problem.
The practice itself is beautiful inside and has a lovely warm feel. I was greeted by 2 very welcoming receptionists who I chatted to for a few minutes before being seen quickly by the vet who listened to the issues and gave her expert advice.
I work in a dental practice and understand the huge running costs that we have when you have a state of the art practice and aim to give your patients/customers this kind of great experience so I thought the costs were very reasonable for a consultation and 2 lots of medication.
I will definitely be using The Hadleigh Vets from now on and would recommend to anyone with a pet as I thought they were fabulous 👌 👏 😁

Really lovely to meet Jess and Rosie when we were here from Wiltshire and our Boxer needed emery pain relief for a swollen foot.
Very friendly and nothing too much trouble.
Fabulous to see an independent vets, so rare.

Really pleased that we’ve switched to The Hadleigh Vets. Thus far everyone we’ve engaged with has been kind, considerate, informative, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The range of products alongside are well thought out and of a high quality.
Our dog came home bouncing after day surgery and seemed very content.
A follow up call was made by Jess, our vet, we were surprised and pleased by this, not something we’ve been experienced before.
We think they’ve got it right, being back with an independent vet is what we’ve been looking for and this practice is proving to be the perfect choice. Thank you!

First time using the Hadleigh vets. My Daughter came home to find a problem with one of her pet Guinea pigs. I called to see if they could work with Guinea pigs about 16:45 and before 17:30 we was being seen. Very happy with the service and treatment received so far. 🙏

The online booking system was super easy to use. We received a warm welcome as we arrived and were seen promptly.
Vet Jo was friendly and kind towards our pet and discussed the treatment options available.
The medication was prepared very promptly and all of the staff were helpful.
I would definely recommend The Hadleigh Vets to my friends.
