What wonderful staff! We have just spent a couple of hours at the Eye & Hearing Centre in Hadleigh, being tested and fitted with hearing aids. Nothing was too much trouble; excellent attention to detail and explanations given at every stage. Cannot recommend highly enough. Such a friendly and helpful team!

Absolutely brilliant service , reception and optician were great very efficient. I chose a pair of glasses in under 5 minutes thanks to the lady who seemed to know exactly what I wanted and what suited me. Will definitely go back and will highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Hadleigh Eye and Hearing Centre. Everything is run very efficiently and I came away with a new pair of glasses and sunglasses which are just perfect. There is a great selection of styles and Gemma and Petra could not have been more helpful and have an excellent eye on what suits people. I would highly recommend!

hearing test done in a hurry .micro suction wax removal done in 5 mins-then charged me £130-did not say before.when seen at nhs audiolgy they saw much wax still in canal.recommended a hearing aid costing £2800.Decided to go to Ipswitch hospital and got the same aid for free.All together a very poor service, i would not reccomend Hadleigh eye and hearing center to any one. Very attentive to my needs, excellent service, just wish the hearing team were more regularly based there. The lady who dealt with my hearing aid issue couldn't have been more helpful.
