I had the responsibility to find a suitable care home for my elderly friend, as she has no close family, it was a very daunting task to find a place where she could settle and be happy. She was also not able to visit the care home before she made the decision to move. After hearing very positive feedback about Dorset house I went to view the home. I was firstly very impressed with the friendliness, openness and professionalism at the home. Yes it was so nice inside and I was able to get a room overlooking a lovely garden which I knew my friend would love. She moved in 6 weeks ago and has settled in well, allowed to live as she wants without any rules or regime and can find no fault with the home. I am happy to recommend this care home to any family where the quality of care is important.

Lovely staff, great care. Have lovely memories of my aunt and her partner in the garden holding hands last summer. Activities are great, cellist plays in residents rooms if they wish. The music touches everyone. Thank you
