My wife and I have been registered with this health centre since 2018. It has always been good, even during the pandemic, but, post-pandemic it reorganised itself and I doubt there is a better one Suffolk. We have always been given a someday telephone consultation followed by an immediate appointment if required. Medical records are up-to-date and reminders for injections are sent out. Repeat prescriptions are always on time. ALL of the staff are friendly and helpful. The Practitioner Nurses are excellent. The Senior Partner, Dr Tanna, although always busy gives his personal oversight to patients with extra needs or who have been prescribed treatments by consultants. This is a Beacon Practice if ever there was one. Thank you all.

Worst doctors surgery I've ever delt with.
Try to control you, unreasonable will not let you have medication a few hours early due to partner ill with diarrhea and sickness and unable to cycle like he normally does to collect prescriptions and myself unable to get to surgery that day. This is all because they forced us onto a weekly prescription after having no issues with last surgery for years on monthly prescriptions. This forces me into a prescription withdrawal unless he cycles whist soiling him self and throwing up . This is a one off situation that we cannot get to the practice that day and they will not give anything to help us. No family members nearby, no money for taxi although my partner would still be struggling as is bed bound ill.

This is not the first issue we have had with them and I'm sure won't be the last. Utter disgrace to the NHS, rhis place gives the rest of the good people of NHS a bad name.

You couldn't wish for a better GP surgery. There are real healers here that listen to you and tailor the support and treatment to the individual not just following what the book says. Dr Ford and Dr Tanna in particular have been absolutely amazing with me and my family for more than a decade. Everyone on site is professional and do the very best they can for you.

I think this is an excellent local practice. You hear stories of people unable to get appointments but they’ve always been available within a few days (or immediately) if needed I’ve needed them. The staff are kind and sympathetic. Plus they literally saved my life when I suffered anaphylaxis.

Always been a wonderful practice - ALL of the staff can never do enough to help you, it's easy to book appointments, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. After seeing the misery of GP practices intention Midlands, I realise how lucky we are.

My daughter a single mum with a young neurodiverse son of 7 was left with no support after a phone appointment,She felt hopeless and alone it led her to self harm while myself and husband were trying desperately to return home from a short break to be there for her, she is undergoing some very difficult therapy which the doctor was aware of she was just told to increase her tablets what a disappointing and dangerous situation

Never had any problems with this health centre until recent. I went and spoke to a doctor about an issue I had and mentioned I had a rash, the doctor told me to leave immediately don’t touch anything and said I had monkey poks!!!! After being forced to leave with no answers to what else my rash could have been he left me in the dark and had to phone 111. Very quick to get me out with not knowing what to do next. After all that the rash is actually an allergy or fungal!!!! Very unprofessional and felt very worried from this. Something so simply treated got blown way out all from not listening to my symptoms and assuming and kicking me out.

Absolute disgrace, my wife has been suffering with pain since a fall back in Aug this year 2022, after x-rays and blood tests we finally managed to get a face-to-face with her doctor today 5th Dec 2022, only to be called on the day to be told the appointment was cancelled, and my wife should expect a phone call tomorrow. its absolutly disgusting.
