111 said we needed emergency treatment go to A&E ( ambulance offered) , A&E gave emergency treatment and told us to get an emergency appointment with Dr on Monday for another referral and medication. Know it all receptionists claims its not an emergency and she knows best.... Keep ringing for regular appointment ....later in the week . How many people has this woman killed by being a know it all ( more than trained professional Drs) we may never know. But if anything bad happens while we wait for an appointment I will hold her personally responsible.

Absolute joke. Called my dad saying his blood results are very bad and dr kumar will ring… we’ve been waiting for days and still no call. Having us stressed and worried and can’t even be bother to pick his phone up and call us. Tragic.

This surgery is the worst surgery ever. Dr Kumar only does 2 surgeries a week despite being paid for a full time job with taxpayers money. Been in agony and need urgent cortizone injection but taken 2 weeks to get one. Doesn't matter that it is absolute agony. They have really become terrible since covid and they were not great before

Wife was booked in for an appointment with my 10 month old newborn and got turned away by the receptionist for being 8 minutes late, ridiculous.

Been with Boothtown surgery since I was a baby and lately they have gone so down hill with not answering phones or not rining you back when you have a doctors appointment booked and sending you elsewhere for an appointment with a newborn when,I live a few mins away from that doctors ,do really need to step up the game or hire more staff .
