My issue is with the telephone system as seen by other reviews. Had small issue with appointment time when it was given in book it reads 33140 so we tried to call to confirm time surely this should of been simple. Well my partner couldn't get through to floor 2 no answer everytime when the main did answer and put thought but never a answer from floor 2. So I tried 12 till 1.30 over 30 calls total from myself still nothing then they answered my partner to rudely cut her off as she is explaining that we just needed a time confirming while she is clearly stressed. ( note floor 2 is for pregnancy)
For a instant 'IF YOU LET ME GET A WORD IN I CAN TELL YOU YOU HAVE TO RING A DIFFERENT NUMBER' yet we had been told this number and they are the reception where you check in well maybe we was told wrong but no need for that and the time it took to be told like that 1st contact with them in over 4hrs of trying and the new number been a 2min call and sorted to find appointment was at 1 o'clock and it was now around 1.40 when there not even in the same building is beyond me.

I want to give a special shout out to the Children's Department, I wished I had asked their names but the staff that was present this morning , were so accommodating, caring and kind. They were incredibly professional and made a slight anxiety filled (for me) blood work session for my little princess as smooth and gentle as possible. I just wanted to give them their flowers, exceptional service and teamwork. Thank you!

Mums been ringing since this morning, she’s pregnant. It’s absolutely disgraceful and disgusting that she has been completely ignored. She has called OVER 30 BLOODY TIMES. THIRTY.

What do you receptionists do all day? Sit and paint your nails? Gossip about useless information while ignoring the phone as it rings?

When one of you finally did answer the phone you were rude and had no time for her and talking over her as she tried to explain what was wrong and you chose to be rude and talk over her, saying “if you wait a minute and let me get a word in hedgeway” in a cocky tone while she’s pregnant, stressed and upset that she may miss her appointment. In which she now has because of you lot so thanks for causing her more stress since she’s had a severely stressful and painful pregnancy before this one and it traumatised her deeply.

It’s absolutely diabolical that you can sit there and mock someone, especially when they’re pregnant, already going through hormonal changes and adding this on top.

You’re completely useless the lot of you. You guys really need to re-learn how to speak to people without talking over them and belittling them.

The midwife department needs a whole new team because at this point none of you actually know how to do your job. Even my mums midwife couldn’t write down her time for the appointment right, writing how many weeks she is within the same slot along with the time allocated for my mum right beside each other with no allocation to which is which. Not only did she get the time wrong but she also had written my mums weeks wrong misleading her as to how long until she gives birth which adds more stress to someone who is PREGNANT.

All of you need a good check in with whoever educated you guys for the jobs you do, because you all clearly don’t know how to do it right.

Absolutely despicable.

I hope you’re happy with yourselves.

Five star experience from location, parking, building, staff and efficiency! Thank you to everyone for making my journey as good as it possibly could be facing eye/sight issues. Mr Raj Mukerjee is the 'jewel in their crown' for me! His patient care, knowledge, compassion, communicative skills are all exceptional!

Telephone service terrible, no one answering phones, you get cut off waiting for the phone to be answered, or no call back. Other than this the staff and hospital five stars.

Staff are great but if you're here for a blood test drop in, prepare to wait up to 2 hours, unfortunately it's incredibly understaffed, from experience it's worst around midday
