Theres groups at 2 places, the wellbeing centre on 2nd floor of 39 High Street. Aldershot. Parking right opposite. And at Judi's wellbeing at Victoria Rd Cove Farnborough your map on google is wrong since last year. Most of it has moved to 39 High Street Aldershot. Theres Monday groups like games, 1st Monday 11 to 12, journalling/creative writing, knitting and book folding which have tried but not liked. These are rolling every 4 weeks. Theres emotional and recovery support also in the afternoon 2pm to 3.30, this is every week. Theres a new rule from the board of AndoverMind that you have to do a course, which is for 6 weeks, an one hour each. Low mood, self esteem, managing emotion and managing anxiety. You dont have to do the whole lot in one go. I have been going for a couple of years now. Mindful colouring/craft is now moved to Aldershot 11 til 1pm. Low mood course 1.15pm to 2.15 and Tai chi 2.30 to 3.30. Just hope i connect with my bus at 3.55 in farnborough.

A very helpful centre with pleasant staff and courses to suite all needs.update for Google. The wellbeing Centre has moved to the clock house roundabout, Farnborough. The safe haven remains in Aldershot run by Surrey borders. Sept2024.The wellbeing centre hss relocated back to Aldershot. Located High street Aldershot.
