This surgery is ridiculous,no thought for elderly people who don't have access to patches or technology ,my elderly mum needed some more eye drops but when I called the surgery was told I have to make a patches request for her asked if I could do this through mine the answer was no id have to set one up for her ,I am increasingly fed up of one particular admin staff who has no decorum what so ever just a chavie attitude, maybe you should look at accommodating your older patients, ask your self this would you like the abysmal treatment for your own parents that you give to others I bet the answer is no but yet we have to put up with it ,the best doctor you had has moved to another practice this speaks volumes in itself ,take a good hard look caritas you are failing your patients . You are getting worse not better

Sent from my doctors surgery as mixenden stones has a physio. Wasn't waiting long for my appointment I noticed the place was small but very clean.
The lady that I had the appointment with was brilliant she listened and was very down to earth I immediately trusted her and she was able to sort my issue with my lower back. I'm very surprised as I don't seem to have a lot of luck with getting to see a doctor usually let alone being listened to as I'm sure a lot of people these days can agree. I left wondering what it would be like to be a permanent patient there as my own doctors surgery is terrible.

I'm totally fed up with the poor service offered by this surgery. Despite having osteoarthritis of the hips I have not been seen by a Doctor for years. I had to request a referral for my hip replacement. Having had the operation in November still not seen an actual doctor at this surgery. After a checkup with a nurse I requested my repeat prescription and a prescription for painkillers. Going to the pharmacy the following day I was told they had not received anything from the doctors. Suggested I speak to the surgery. This surgery does NOT open on a Friday. Best not get sick on a Friday then. A shame I can't drive so I could change away from this surgery .

Speaking to a healthcare professional is made impossible by incompetent and unhelpful administrative staff, and a confusing online portal. Staff seem to have lost perspective that they are dealing with vulnerable persons and important issues, and not with trivial customer service qualms. It should not be so difficult to receive sensitive and professional healthcare. While I am very happy with my Doctor, they are failed by their colleagues and a system that undermines patient agency.

Had to wait passed appointment time.

She was easy to talk too and ask questions.

Telephoned Monday morning for a call back on triage, after waiting 45 minutes to get through I was told I had to go online to book a call back. I managed to fill in the online request for a call back, I was very impressed for 5 seconds, I received a text message saying I had a telephone appointment with a physiotherapist, I then got another message saying that the appointment had been cancelled and I needed to contact the surgery. (what an absolute joke) to cut a long story short I am still waiting for someone/ anyone to contact me regarding my medical issues.

Stay clear!! Absolutely disgusting service from the moment I joined. They are rude and incompetent from reception to any docs or even out of hours. None of them have a clue how to deal with patients. They can't even get a repeat prescription right.
I'm now going to battle anxiety and depression without any help. And the drop down from the meds I've received, which so I'm told today was given to be my a pharmacist nor a doctor. So I had several phone appointments to help me for my medical issues from what I thought was a doctor and it wasn't! 👏👏 Well done.. and we wonder why people see no way through mental health.. disgusted to say the least!

I was referred to the Musculoskeletal dept by my GP in Illingworth. Consultation was fine and I was able to confirm my own suspected diagnosis. The consultant was very helpful regarding advice. No further action was needed at this time.
