I wouldnt recommend anyone going their.
I went in yesterday and was meant to get a call back for my little boys infected ear. It took them three hours before they sent a text saying they had referred me to another pharmacy which was inconvenient.

If you are lucky enough to get Dr Alia Sarwar, you will recieve care, compassion and empathy, a five star GP. I can't thank her enough, what a kind and understanding Doctor.

I have got to say I was pretty impressed with the staff at this surgery today and l cannot fault the service I received, firstly from a lovely clinician called Sophie who actually listened to what I had to say and secondly from a male Doctor I think Dr Aziz who was helpful , informative and pro active , no problem with the receptionist who also very good , the only negative was the dismal reception area and no hand wash or paper towels in the bathroom.🤭

Called at 8am as in a lot of pain was third in the que was told to send photos someone will be with me as soon as possible…it’s 6pm….I’ve called back through the day nobody just keep being told it was soon what is point in calling early to try get an appointment if they close in half an hour I’m still in pain and not been helped

Was expecting the worst when I ended up having to have a biopsy here after reading the reviews!. Parking was bad and I was late but from reception, nurse and the surgeon Dr Akhtar, full marks. He totally put me at ease and even helped me with the Ap to enable me to pay for parking! Thanks guys!

I had very bad experience, I have booked a appointment with Dr Kumar 2 weeks ago. I have been told I am on a list and I am still waiting.
Have been told the Dr will ring me and now I am being told the system has been changed and I have to talk to some other Dr. They want me to talk to students and I have refused as Dr Kumar knows my circumstances and I don’t want to keep repeating myself to others. The receptionist Miss Samantha Callander I talked to wasn’t helpful at all. She said if you went to hospital are you going to refuse to see a Dr there aswell. I have been with Dr Kumar for a long time and he knows my situation. I don’t want to keep booking appointments and being told different things all the time. The surgery must think I enjoy ringing them but far from it. If I email I don’t get a reply.

Absolutely terrible, the receptionists are vile, they don’t know customer care, the treat patients as this it’s way too much bother to be nice to them. If you ask questions they’ll say you have an aggressive manner, if I try to be nice I get knocked back by Cameron (boy). Cameron is the worst there apart from Rebecca, she’s just terrible, she like to put the phone down on you saying they cannot hear me, the boy he says all sorts on my nhs app, iv never had a very good experience with the boy or Rebecca! The docs your lucky to get to see them because of the receptionists saying they haven’t got any!
Dr sanwar well what can I say, total communication break down with her, if your late to an appointment you don’t get one, when she was late, even ringing me to find out if I was going she was still late and then cut me off by I have a right to be late,,,she is a terrible doctor, the rest are great in there, all the docs and other reception, but if you want to see the practice manager you’ve got no chance at all, as she’s either “in a meeting” or just no hope in getting hold of her as the receptionist DO NOT LEAVE A NOTE on her desk for anyone trying to get in touch!

Do not and I repeat do not go to this practice!!

Never answer the phone, walk in to the surgery to see the receptionist just sitting there chatting away whilst phones ring, and the surgery manager doesn't do much to help this matter either, totally useless. Need to emply people who actually work.
