Wonderful surgery, excellent care from receptionists, nurses and GPs who are continually achieving five star care under immense workload and pressure. Waste of time! Just rang for an appointment to see a Dr to be told there's nothing pre-bookable until after August, that's at least 5 weeks. Well how about you put me through to the practice nurse for triage to find out what the problem is just in case it's serious? This is why A&E is full, incompetence and apathy at GP's surgeries. I'll be changing Doctor.

Nearly impossible to get through on the phone, when they do eventually answer you get told theres no appointments available either in the surgery or via phone for weeks on end. Do we have to plan when illness strikes? No wonder our hospitals and their staff are so stretched.
