Surgery is ok, but as soon as I moved out of the area they told me to find another Doctors and we only had 30 days notice to find one. I am a patient with stage four Cancer and they said I would need district nurses in the future. Obviously money before patients.

Hi all

Can I just say how outstanding this practice is

I checked in with the computer and then spoke with the receptionist about me getting an appointment sorted because I really struggle with certain things.
Iv dealt with a nurse today that did a health check, that was outstanding.
Then I got a phone call from the doctor that was fantastic aswel. Went more than above and beyond. More than any other practice has ever done.
I’m quite overwhelmed by it all if I’m honest.
So thank you so much!

I have recently moved to the area and joined Plane Trees Practice. Very impressed so far. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. No issues getting a timely appointment. Very happy with the service. It seems to be a well run practice.

Very poor, why ask the reason you require a telephone consultation if the GP does not look at your reason before the call? I had to explain again and then the GP had to fine my letter then couldn't open it! The letter required action by the GP so I had to tell her what my consultant said, not that she seemed to listen. Very slack attitude's. And to walk away with the answer I'm not sure but take this!!!! I ended up at A&E because after 2 face to face and ringing 111, I didn't trust there opinions and A&E admitted me for 10 days.

Very happy with the service I've recieved from the surgery. The staff are freindly and approachable. I called reception with an issue with my arm and within an hour I'd had a call back from a doctor (even though I'd not specfically asked for one). The surgery also has a clever system of uploading photos to reduce face to face contact and save fuel/ the environment. Overall very impressed.

Just read the reviews that says it all. Rude obnoxious aggressive lying doctor to patient Rude evasive supervisor staff. Dont like being caught out. And treating patients like there are beneath them. Then try the put you off by saying, put it in writing. There are so lazy now and have made alot off mistakes. And got all the proff if ya try and lie about this one. Organisations like you need a good shake up and teaching. Or sacked

Used to be great. New doctors (within two years of starting here) are useless and use google to tell you what's wrong. More established doctors are wonderful and get to the point pretty quick. Not really had a problem with receptionist-always had a good experience with them. Fast repeate prescription service. Waiting times are 20-30 mins post your appointment time.
