Amazing treatment from the team at Uckfield minor injuries unit. Seen promptly very informative and excellent care.I would like express my sincere gratitude. Thank you to Adam for quickly seeing me and referring me on to a specialist and the kind HCA for being friendly and helpful.

I start with three stars and increase, decrease according to experience.
Premises. 5/5. Well laid out. Strangely quiet and relaxed. I was not aware of this particular day hospital until my treatment today in maxo facial.
Staff. 3/5. It would have been five but two nurses decided to leave me biting a metal bar in the xray machine while discussing the pros and cons of the xray computer. Disrespectful.
Refreshments. 1/5. Bog standard vending machines.
Doctors. 5/5. Only saw one. Ten minutes late but was friendly, informative and interested.
All in all, a pleasant visit. Tok many frantic A&E’s behind me, this was refreshingly better.

Visited 3 days ago with fractured wrist. Seen, x-rays & referral to Eastbourne Hospital within couple of hours. Spotlessly clean unit, kind, helpful staff. A credit to NHS. Thank you Nurse Helen.

Visited Uckfield hospital for some wound care after impaling my leg on a fence post, all the staff were so lovely and kind I can't thank them enough for the swift and wonderful care they gave me and to Rich for stitching my leg. Really appreciate you all.

After a small boo boo, I visited the MIU.
I called first because it was Sunday. I spoke to Chris on the phone and he explained the exact arrivals procedure.

On arrivals I completed my registration, was seated and very quickly afterwards treated. Also by Chris.

The care I received was amazing. Kind, considerate and thoughtful. From walking in, to walking out, stitched and fixed was 40 minutes.

I don't know how these guys do it. The service these guys provided was fantastic.

Feeling very unwell, managed to ring and get an appointment with the doctor within the hour. Promptly seen and looked after well by the doctor and nurse who took bloods. Very thorough examination and were sympathetic to my condition. Excellent service.

Blooming brilliant service. Visited over the Easter bank holiday weekend , very quiet, seen straight away, staff lovely and kind. Went back today for an X-ray , busier today but seen very quickly and assessed / given advice speedily . Staff just lovely . A service that is a credit to the NHS .
