I went to Kal after a very traumatic event at work after being physically assaulted. I was experiencing panic attacks, anxiety, constant fear every day after it happened. I felt like I had lost a sense of who I was and didn’t know how to get it back. Kal taught me tools that I can use at work and home to ground me and calm me down. The techniques that he uses within the sessions give you a real sense of calm, which for me at the time was very needed. Kal was able to help me reconnect with myself on such a deep level that I have never experienced before and has really helped me become myself again and even a better version of me. I can’t thank Kal enough for everything he has done for me. I will be forever grateful for his help!

Incredible! I have flown without anxiety or stress! Completely calm before, at airport, on plane, enjoyed my holiday and the same home( even with a few ‘bumps’?! Ate, read, talked and got out of my seat, all of which had been impossible.All would have been impossible before my session with Kal.
