This is a great company to deal with. I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment. The pharmacist at the door when I buzzed told me that I had missed my slot but if I waited in the car for 5 minutes he would squeeze me in after the next appointment which was great. Appointment went great and got my results back the next day and also used these guys for my day 2 kit when I flew back. Kit arrived on time and results came within 48 hours after they received my kit back.

So helpful on the phone when asking if they did a PCR fit to fly within 24 hours of travel. Most other sites are now closed and those open do not answer phone queries which means you take a chance when you turn up.

I was expected, my appointment ran to time and I was informed I would have my result by 6 pm which I did.
Positive people, with excellent service, what not to like?

I travelled an hour each way to have my test. Worth every minute.

Fantastic service. We were recommended by our neighbours and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend here for the required travel tests. Went on a Sunday morning at 10.50 and had our antigen results by 3.30. Mary who was manning the clinic is such a lovely, warm funny lady and informative and professional too. Will definitely use again.

Top service. Much better experience than a previous Covid test place we used.
Got through Jersey airport using test results with no problems and no need to test or isolate once there (rules may have changed recently).

Dec 2021 - used again for day 2 after return from Mexico. Excellent again. Flexible when flight delayed. Results for us within 7 hours.

*AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COST* I am absolutely shocked and appalled by the treatment of their customers service team. They were so incredibly rude and condescending when I asked to get refund on the test kit that arrived 6 days too late! I got yelled at, constantly spoken over, told I didn't understand the terms and one guy even started counting down to 10, saying that that conversation was over and that after he counts to 10, he was going to disconnect the call.... I am speechless.... Please just avoid them, there are so many other that actually respect their customers. Horrible experience that left me genuinely shaking.

Brilliant serviced. Used for Fit to fly, Day 2 and 8, and day 5 test to release. All tests were taken very safely and professionally. Results were prompt and communications great when we had to change some dates. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ordering process fine, delivered to us in good time before we went on holiday, code sent through for our passenger locator forms. However I am now on day 8 of returning from my holiday. Completed my day 2 test and posted at the same time as my husbands. He got his results back in less than 48 hours yet I am still waiting for my results 7 days later. No one answers the phone and no one responds to emails... terrible service. Will definitely NOT recommend, stay away!
