If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely useless surgery. Who fail to send prescriptions to the pharmacy, despite them chasing daily. These medicines are to keep people alive. The communication is poor.

Having to constantly chase to get the prescriptions sent to the pharmacy is a nuisance. It should not be this difficult. My mother is 73, she has issues with her medication every single month. The staff at this surgery are rude and not to mention useless. They give the wrong information over the phone, book appointments for depression/anxiety when it should be for a B12 injection.

Poor services, they need further training on how to provide services they advertise. Getting patients medicines wrong is not acceptable, these meds keep some people alive and they rely on these . I will be looking at moving my mother from this surgery.

I would like to say thankyou to the reception team and doctors that have supported my dad recently. Thankfully he is normally a very well man but on the two occasions over the last 3 years we have needed help you have really delivered. Showing kindness and care when work loads are ever increasing. He asked me to pass on his gratitude.

Always had a good experience at this GP surgery where I have been registered for a few years. It's clear everyone is working as best and efficiently as they can - I have received the support I need and have always been able to get an appointment, even if I do have to wait on hold for a little while. Thanks to the staff for your help

If I could give 0 star I would.. absloutley vile surgery. Horrendeous reception staff... especially burhan tariq who clearly needs customer relation training as he doesnt have a clue how to do his job. How cqc has rated this surgery good is beyond me... the reviews speak for themselves. If your looking for a half decent surgery go else where

I would confidently state that this is the worst doctors surgery in Halifax. They never have any appointments available, and when you eventually get through to a grumpy receptionist, they either don’t have any appointments or send you to a place on the other side of town, which is inconvenient for me because I don’t have a car. They don’t seem to care at all about the issues you present. How on earth is this place still in operation. Absolute shambles. God forbid if anyone has a lump or anything ominous because by the time you’ll get seen it would probably be too late.

When the surgery, 1st merged; I found that the services provided was not to the expected standards. After voicing my concerns on many occasions, the services havr since improved and every effort is made to provide the best quality services to their patients.

Dr Niazi is an absolute Star, listens attentively and always polite and respectful.

Compared to the horror stories I hear about surgeries in Hx and their ack of care to their patients , I have to day this surgery is one of the best.

On the day appointments have also improved and we get an option of F2F or telephone consultations. The telephone system set up is providing better service.

I have over the years recommended this surgery to many as the Nurses; drs and practioners are compassionate and caring.

Disorganised and unhelpful . Genuinely seem to care very little at providing a decent NHS service . Went for a cortisol test this morning and was told that I needed a form from the GP that hadn’t been provided . They should have blood forms there and know how to fill them in but they clearly do not liaise at all with other GP surgeries . Absolutely hopeless . Avoid

Staff are helpful. It is in a nice setting. Doctors & nurses do their best to offer the best medical opinion they can.
