Mainly only 1 star as none of the staff seem to be trained in correct manual handling procedures-- pulling people up the beds on their sheet,no slide sheet. Asked a carer and he told me they don't need slide sheets.
Food awful
Staff don't seem to look at the whole person, just put food on table and walk away.
My relative at care home has his skin treated 4 times a day.on his MAR chart that was sent in with him-- took 5 days to get and me asking countless times.

I attended this hospital as an emergency patient with chest pain.
I was seen within minutes of arriving and to cut a long story short my life was saved by the staff in the emergency department.

I was then transferred to coronary care where the staff were again marvellous.

I consider myself very lucky to have been taken ill near this hospital as in many other areas I would not be here to write this review.

I am sure that some patients had to wait slightly longer than normal while the staff saved my life however I am also sure that if their life was in danger they would also be helped in a very efficient and professional manner.

My thanks to all the staff who assisted me particularly Chi.

I would just like to share my positive experience. We went to the Minors department in A & E.
There was a lady in particular called Angela that was outstanding in assisting my Husband for 6 hours on and off. The other staff in the Minors ward were also Kind patient and genuinely helpful. We felt very cared for and supported. This has really restored my faith in the NHS. Just so refreshing to have a brilliant team in this hospital. They truly are second to none. 5 stars.

I was recently admitted to AMU K ward at the N and N Hospital.
The care that I received was very good. The staff were very professional and extremely kind and caring.
After 24 hours I was transferred to Guist Ward for two more nights. The care that I received was exemplary. I was so impressed with the care and kindness that I received from every member of the staff. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the staff were all pleasant and professional.
I am so very grateful for the care that I received and remain impressed at the high standards at our hospital.

Wouldn't put my cats in there for any care!!
No management at all letters for app incl two phone numbers to cancel neither manned!! passed on to two more numbers to eventually leave voice mail
Signage within hosp so bad even staff can't help locate place for consultation
Would seriously consider making any complaint as I feel I have been left with an issue years later to give me a lesson

Had to go to Norwich A and E a couple of weeks back...the care I received was exceptional. The whole process was streamlined...and I felt very very looked
after. 90% of the staff were beyond amazing from start to finish...but the doctor I had (and I'm annoyed I don't remember his name) but he made me feel exactly how I'd want to feel as an in and out patient. Reassured me completely and read me like a book. Thank you. You achieved more than you'd ever realise. Matthew Frary.

came in with loss of breath 3 days ago told by over 5 different nurses 5 different stories just for none of them to be the actual outcome. Telling them i suffer from anxiety just for them to not tell me anything before they take me somewhere and now being forced to sit and wait until 3:30 for my meds from the pharmacy even though the pharmacy shuts at three o clock. Utterly shocked at the hospitals at the minute i understand its not they're fault but if u have shit tones of patients waiting to be seen maybe don't sit on your phone for an hour giving dirty looks to a patient x
