Booked a private flu vaccination. Received confirmation 24 hours before and then, less than 1 hour before my appointment, received a cancellation email. No reason given. And then no one answers the phone. Worst service I’ve received anywhere in a very long time. Would give zero stars if it were possible.

Unbelievable. Waiting for a prescription and the pharmacist seems to think standing around having private conversations is more important than doing the job they're paid for
The good work being done front of counter is let down badly by the actual pharmacists.

It's becoming nearly impossible to get through on the phone and I'm frequently hanging up after long periods of being told they know I'm there. Lot's of staff but only one serving and no plot system to know who is being dealt with and who is waiting. I have no problem with the staff just the system.

This pharmacy used to have great service. Now in has gone downhill. Phone is always on hold. Have waited up to 20 minutes to be answered. My script has been 48 hours late the past few months. Once 3 days. Missing items. Staff don’t seem to know whether they are coming or going. When questioned have been rude and told the delivery service is free! This may be the case. But my medication is not!
Although the delivery drivers are always nice and a small chat sometimes. Very overworked I’d say!
Will be looking to go elsewhere definitely in the New Year

I’ve used this branch for quite sometime for my repeat subscriptions and until recently they were always very good.
However I’ve found it increasingly hard to get served (staff don’t appear to know who has been served) also 2 out of the last 3 times items have been missing with no explanation.
Time for a change I think.

Went to collect my poorly neighbours prescription, i was waiting for 35 minutes whilst carrying my 2 year old and 5 other customers had come in after me and been served and left before I got my neighbours prescription, for it to be under the front desk in a basket the whole time ready to go.
I waited patiently, and I do understand you’re extremely busy in there, but there was no smiles from anyone or thanks for being patient etc.
For these reasons, I shan’t be coming back myself In future.

Very slow service. When I need to collect my prescription I leave it a day then call to let them know I'm coming but still they never have it ready or they've lost it in the last hour since I called. The pharmacist guy is very good works hard but a few of the girls are very rude and are always at the back gossiping I won't use this pharmacy again

Very slow service courtesy of the main lady on reception. Very unprofessional, no manners, saying in front of customers she needs a wee! Not customer friendly at all. A smile goes a long way!! The atmosphere isn't good. Its like no one likes each other. Having said that, the main man in there is 100% professional.
