I would just like to say a massive thank you to Ann-Marie and all the staff at Heatherdale. Yesterday they gave my Mam her wish of having her siblings, in laws and a few of her nieces to visit her for afternoon tea. Ann-Marie came in on her day off to make this wish possible and provided us with a beautiful tea and the privacy of one room to have a good catch up. I just cant thank you enough and I have no doubt Mam will be talking about this day for a few months yet.

My mam has been a resident at Heatherdale for around 3 months now and I cannot praise the staff enough. They have developed a wonderful culture of genuine care and compassion which filters into every aspect of the resident's lives. They have worked very closely with me to understand my Mam's needs which can be quite complex at times. My Mam really enjoys living there and is always entertained with the many activities that Ann-Marie and the team work so hard at. This is an amazing place and anyone would be lucky to be placed here.

If you are looking for a care home for a loved one then look no further than Heatherdale. My mum has been a resident (and certainly not an easy one) since April. The staff have gone above and beyond in keeping her calm, safe and cared for. I can not thank their team enough for the determination, support and care they provide daily to my mum. Each and every one of them deserves a medal. I feel beyond grateful having found Heatherdale.
Heatherdale itself, provides beautiful rooms for residents, has a gorgeous garden, great food and a lovely homely feel.

An extremely well run care home by a first rate manager called Alison together with her highly skilled, experienced and competent team.
The staff are always very kind, caring and attentive, the place is immaculate, the catering and entertainment provision is excellent.

My husband has stayed for respite care a couple of times now.
Heatherdale is such a lovely home with a happy atmosphere. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and my husband is happy to stay. I would highly recommend Heatherdale.

The care given to my friend by Heatherdale was exemplanary during his two year spell until he sadiy passed away. Heatherdale is well managed with compassion and consideration.
