I was taken ill visiting my son in Lowestoft Christmas Eve. I was most fortunate to be directed to this surgery after dialling 111. I was seen promptly at 10.30 am by a charming Health Practitioner who took a detailed history, made a through examination, diagnosed a severe chest infection and prescribed antibiotics.
I cannor speak too highly of the welcome, care and attention I received.
The premises are of new design airy, spick and span. Parking is easy although note to go down Clifton Road to the entrance (NOT Economy road, the web site address where we arrived at a chained gate atthe back of the surgery )

I accompanied my son today to an appointment with a Doctor to get help and referrals for a mental health issue. We were not called in to see the Doctor until 50 minutes after our appointment time, no apology or explanation was offered for this and it is always the case at this surgery to be seen much later than the appointment time in our experience at least. When we did see the Doctor he was obnoxious, rude and judgemental to the extent that my son left the surgery due to extreme anxiety and i was reduced to tears . My son and i have had some very bad experiences with this Surgery and i am now intending to change to another surgery because if i were unfortunate enough to be ill i would be very wary of asking for any help at Kirkley Mill.
