So pleased with the service I had at this pet shop. Went in with my very reactive rescue dog, the staff were so helpful and understanding, they took the time and trouble to fit a harness which is perfect for her. I highly recommend them👋👋👋

Excellent service here, staff always cheerful helpful and very knowledgable. I could spend all day in this shop there's so many things you don't expect to see and never knew you needed for your much loved pet! Doggy treats are all healthy with a fantastic range. I've never not had a problem finding what I need but have heard the staff specially ordering in specific items for other customers. Best pet shop around!!

Laura who owns the pet shop has been EXTREMELY helpful with my Labrador retriever dog and my two 22week old Cocker spaniels. VERY WELL STOCKED SHOP. She will order items in for you if she doesn't have them i.e. collar for my stressed dog.

After meeting the owner at a show, she said that she stocked dog boots suitable for my arthritic dog. My partner drove an hour round trip to find she had none in stock, but would call me when they were. I phoned 5 times and a member of staff was very embarrassed each time saying the owner would definitely return my call. 2 weeks ago I called and she was actually in the shop, she sounded very put out and said she would order the boots (as she had not done it in the past 4 weeks even though she had seen my messages) I have still heard nothing!!!Useless service
