Have been using Autotecnic Altrincham garage for the last few years for repairs on my cars. Sorted problems with Nox sensor, Boot lid malfunction, Brake pad replacements, MOTs. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable. I won't take my BMW anywhere else. Had a warning light, turned out to be a sticky airbag switch. They sorted it for a few quid; have a guess what the main dealer would have done...

Really good customer service for my MOT, annual service and for the water pump that my car needed replacing. Booking in was easy as was the drop off and pick up. I liked the fact that they talked to me in plain English and explained what the problem was with the water pump. I thought it was very reasonable too - less than I thought it was going to be. Decent bunch of guys down there who know what they're doing and who seem to take a real pride in looking after you. No hesitation in recommending them.

Came to this branch today after my central locking system failed on my BMW and was unable to open my fuel cap to refuel. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to fix the issue promptly and accordingly, whilst i waited.
I have been coming to this branch for a few years now and they never seize to amaze me with the great customer service and professionalism.
I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
