IVF London is the third clinic we have been to, and it’s the first time we feel like we are finally receiving the right help. Mr. Alpesh Doshi has created a truly special place where all our expectations have been met. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with highly trained and compassionate staff, is everything we were looking for.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Sawant Raut, Elena, Sharon, Teena, Angella, Sareena, nurses team, embryologists and the receptionist team for their professionalism, kindness, and invaluable advice. At IVF London, we know everyone by name, and they know us, our case, and our needs. This level of care has made all the difference in our journey.

Receptionist Risham and Mishna both gave me such a great first impression which made me comfortable in explaining all my needs.
They were prompt in communication and gave fast response to my enquiries. They answered all my questions and advised what I needed. I have had a great experience with Dr. Sawant. Walking into IVF London we felt immediately at ease, being greeted by a warm friendly smile by the receptionist. After being checked in we were offered tea/coffee while we waited for our appointment. The receptionist continued to check on us during our short wait which made me and partner feel truly taken care off.

Again, being met with a bubbly smile by the radiographer and escorted into our appointment room we were further put at ease. The room was clean and warm and a completely comfortable environment to perform the scan.

Being someone who is quite nervous regarding internal scans I started to tense and the radiographer managed the entire situation seamlessly. My body relaxed entirely and we were able to continue with the scan more than comfortably. I was more than happy with my experience at this clinic and would genuinely recommend it to anyone (wherever you are in your journey)

I had a frustrating experience with IVF LONDON during my IUI treatment. Despite repeatedly expressing concerns about my ovulation timing, I felt like my input wasn’t taken seriously. I had a clear sense of when I was ovulating, but the clinic waited too long to schedule the procedure. Unfortunately, the timing was off, and the IUI ended up being done too late, which I believe contributed to my unsuccessful attempt. It’s really important for fertility patients to feel listened to and respected, especially when dealing with something as sensitive as fertility treatment. I was disappointed that my concerns weren’t prioritized, and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to others seeking personalized care.
Overall, I left feeling like I was just a source of income rather than a patient in need of care. I won't be returning and would advise others to be cautious when considering this clinic.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND
I attended IVF London seeking fertility advice. They diagnosed me incorrectly and prescribed aggressive hormonal treatments, including Prostap. However, just days later, I obtained a second opinion at a different clinic. That clinic performed more detailed scans, and instead identified fibroids (including a pedunculated fibroid) that required surgical removal.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I believe the initial diagnosis from IVF London was incomplete or inaccurate, since the second clinic uncovered a clear explanation for my fertility struggles (fibroids), which IVF London did not address.

In my view, I was subjected to unnecessary treatments and scans that did not improve my fertility, and I paid nearly £3.000 out-of-pocket for these services.

I have documented communication attempts requesting an explanation or refund for what I consider medically unjustified expenses, yet I have not received a satisfactory response.
The stress from these unresolved issues has severely impacted my health, including migraines and other symptoms. I also have a documented diagnosis of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), which worsens under stress.

REQUEST FOR RESOLUTION
I am publicly sharing my experience because I want IVF London to address this matter. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund only for treatments and tests that, based on the second opinion, were unnecessary. Should IVF London choose to refund me, I would welcome the opportunity to resolve this amicably.
