Worst GP experience. Can't follow patient requests to ring work number when specifically asked to. Severe Ear infection could have been prevented if call had been made to work number as stated in face to face request with Reception staff.

Worst GP I have ever came across in UK. Never gets an appointment via Phone or by the app called Anima, I am so disgusted with there service as not sure why even they deduct the money , as the service is never there appalling , if there is a way to report to NHS to remove this GP I will gladly do it.

literally the worst gp I have ever come across, all appointments are gone by 8.02 on anima, my repeat prescriptions are never processed, the gp lied about making a referral.. I have been waiting to be seen for 2 years by a consultant because the gp is too lazy to follow through with a referral procedure. Appointments are rushed when you finally get them.

To be honest the worst gp I have ever registered with. There is never an appointments either by phone or so called anima. Give them a call by 0800 and you will be told all appointment is gone. Something definitely need to be done with this center because its not working for the people at the moment.

Appalling surgery! This surgery has never been up to standard, however, after now amalgamating with another 7 surgeries and using the 'Anima' system they are an utter disgrace. You go online each morning only to find that there are messages on each link stating 'Practice at capacity, not taking new requests'. It appears that this new system has been very poorly managed, surely the management realised that there would be high demand when they are now dealing with over 53,000 patients. There is no empathy towards the patients and their needs. When you do manage to speak to a GP after being 92nd in the telephone queue, you then wait approximately 2/3 days for a response from a GP who then rushes you, therefore, not listening properly and stating they will ring you back, but don't, therefore you go back into another queue. The only service they can offer you is a repeat medication which is fine if you do not have a new problem. It took me 11 days to receive a prescription for acute medication!!! I noted their CQC Report states 'Overall requires improvement', this was not a surprise. After being with this GP Practice for 42 years enough is enough and we have now registered with a new GP. It has been a sheer delight, I have spoken to a real person after being only 4th in the queue and was then given an appointment to actually GO INTO the surgery, offered flu vaccines, Covid vaccines - wonderful!!!! Finally feel like we have found a GP Practice that cares!

I just wish I can give zero star. Worst mistake I have ever done in my life is joining this GP. You call to book appointment with a doctor and they keep postponing you because there's no doctor available, call the next day and they will say the same thing.And you can't even get access to this do call anima . Horrible GPS 👎 one to register with them .I wish I read the reviews before registering with them. Worst GPS ever 👎👎👎👎👎👎
