I have been going to this practice for several years. The doctor I have worked with is outstanding and I have met with wonderful success. She has seen me through multiple crisis situations. She has always been warm, professional and is exceptionally compassionate. The office staff have always been wonderful to work with. I have been to a few other practices that do not compare. Their fees are well in line with the practices I worked with in the past (unsatisfyingly). I am very pleased that I found Naperville Clinical Services.

My only complaint is against the front office. The office manager is rude and was not willing to work with me in regards to a missed appoint fee of $60. I was told for the duration of my time as as customer/client at this location, I am only offered one courtesy for a missed appoint which I received last September. While I understand this policy I also have a problem with the office not being understanding to mistakes. There are other offices who take better care of their customers. I will be looking elsewhere for service.

Stay way from this GREEDY practice who want to charge $140/per sessions if paid out-of-pocket. At the same time they would take a much lower fee if gone through the insurance (because of their negotiated price). There are several service providers in the area who are willing to charge the negotiated price if paid out-of-pocket.

What I have been told is that their charge was $75 per session if paid out-of-pocket and they increased to $140 which is their billing to the insurance (but they receive a much smaller amount from insurance). If you do not have insurance coverage; shop around, you will find plenty of reasonable practices in Naperville.

Terrible services and counselors. Not to mention they charged a cancellation fee for getting COVID TESTING. they charge 75$ if u cancel even 48 hours before the appointment. Better off going someplace else I can’t believe they are a mental health clinic. Absolutely horrible and I don’t complain that often.

Just stay away from this place. I totally agree with previous negative feedbacks. We had good doctor, but persons who responsible for scheduling are terrible, make a lot of mistakes, and just want to charge you for everything. Only for these reasons we had to change very nice doctor.

In response to the "greedy" comment. You cannot judge the skill of a clinician based on their group's billing policy. The $140 rateis a standard fee for counsling services.
