I would highly recommend Rich Therapies @ Dunham Forest Golf and Country Club. I’ve been going to years now and have seen most of the therapists over the years. All the Rich Wizards are amazingly talented, highlights including Sylvan saving my sanity in managing and relieving my pain during a burst disc episode. Mira and Jae using their individual specialist skills of massage and reflexology to cure me of different episodes of migraines that had gone on for weeks. Roanne with her soothing treatments which help with my mental health and finally a shout out to Donnella and her massages that keep me far more flexible than I deserve.

Always very professional service, from booking with the lovely Ami, to my treatment.

My Chiropractor Sylvan is extremely knowledgeable and his treatments have been a life changer. I am no longer in pain on a daily basis.

Had a back neck and shoulder massage today. Unbelievably amazing as always. Roanne is fantastic. I was in so much discomfort and her deep tissue massage has unlocked my neck and shoulders. After ten plus years of pain I decided to finally do something about it, I booked in with Rich Therapies and I definitely chose well. Sylvan is really welcoming and put me at ease straight away. He gave me movement in both my neck and back after only one session. I've booked in for my next one and have already pasees his details on to a friend. For many years now I have been returning to Rich Therapies. The treatment I receive here enables me to live my life. Without treatment from Sylvan I would be in continual pain. I would not be able to work and I would not be able to engage with my children as I do now. Sylvan Richardson keeps me going, he keeps my limbs moving and my mind positive.
