I went to work there through an agency it is the worst home I've ever been to residents were treated good but the staff are so unfair 3 stayed in the lounge stating that they have to stay in the lounge and I was put with a new carer who had been working there for 3 weeks and me and her were put to do all the rooms for personnel care at the end of my shift around 8.05 I was still being made to put more residents from the lounge to there beds when the other 3 staff chilled the whole of the day I was booked with my agency for another 3 days but I then canceled

Since the New Owners have taken over since October 2017 there have been lot's of improvements in every area and it's still ongoing, I can in all honesty say that yes this is a Business but the New Owners are not going to see a profit for a long time on there ongoing improvement expenditure. It's just a pity that not all Care Home's are run the same.

My husband was in this home for less than 2 wks. He fell a few times an at the end he was taken to hospital. This Care Home did not honour any if their promises which were promised prior to his admission. It is also a very expensive care home
