Have had lots of not so positive experiences in the past and not wrote a review as I felt it wasn't fair to comment on the whole for the actions of a few!

In the last year, I have had an increase in my number of appt visits during and after a high pregnancy... I know that it's busy, and sometimes felt that I was a nuisance for being there 😅 however, I've also had good experiences.. the gentleman working in reception is always polite and helpful and Dr Singh had been really helpful too.. but, I want to highlight that the last two visits have been very positive because of Dawn from reception. She's gone above and beyond with helping sort my appts without rushing me and made sure everything was covered (I had many appts and tests pending which would have been a pain to sort if I had been passed around to speak to different people).

Sorted in minutes with a smile - Thanks Dawn you're a star! ⭐️

The receptionist, Julie, is the most sweetest and kindest person you’ll ever meet. Usually whenever I’m speaking to someone they aren’t listening and are fairly dismissive, however she was extremely informative and put my worries at ease.

Understanding and professional. Dawn treated me as a person and not a number . In a crumbling NHS , lacking in funds this in my experience is rare . She kept me up dated on the progress of my treatment . Dawn is a real credit to the practice .

It was my first time going today since registering yesterday and I can honestly say from start to finish they were amazing. I got a same day face to face, reception staff were friendly and professional, I was seen on time and the doctor couldn't have been any more helpful. I can't recommend them enough.
