I am not the type to leave reviews but CCS has been anything short of amazing. From the front desk to staff, to the therapist, and doctors. Everyone is extremely kind and very empathetic to patient needs.
Dr. Martinez has gone above and beyond to help anyone who has ever asked for his assistance. It is very rare to find people like him in this world. The work and dedication he has given to CCS is rarely seen these days from others. A very big thank you to Jeanette and Maribel as well who have been very patient and helpful with the 101 questions I ask. I highly recommend CCS to anyone who is struggling or feels alone. One thing that makes CCS stand out is the people who work there. Every person on the staff, from the receptionist to the people in the office, to the therapists, the students, and the doctors, are so friendly and welcoming. One can come right after experiencing one's worst mental breakdown but leave with peace of mind and even a laugh. You can feel a sense of family when you walk through the door, and it gets automatically transferred to every patient.

Every clinician and every practitioner has their own set of unique traits that make them so special. The good thing about CCS is that you will always find a practitioner who can match your needs. From Dr. Martinez's openness and ability to make you feel like family since the first visit, Dr. Kestenberg's highly empathetic and caring approach, Dr. Safdar's wisdom that goes beyond the years, and Davina's intelligent yet compassionate approach, to Kristina's no-nonsense yet relaxed way of going into a patient's feels, everyone has their way to make you feel at home. These are to mention a few examples.

As a native Spanish speaker coming from Mexico, it is also important to mention how valuable it is that you can have the full experience in my language. From the staff to many of the therapists and Dr. Martinez himself, they make sure to make you feel, as a patient, as safe and understood as possible. It's nice to see a group of kind-hearted professionals who are also proficient in my language. It makes the toughest situations easier to feel.

It's an understatement to say that CCS is a safe place for many people. But it is. At least, it is for me. I could never recommend them enough. If you're in the Chicago area and looking for mental health services, please give them a try. You'll thank me later.

I had trouble searching for a psychiatric care provider, I then got a callback from CCS the very next day and right away they were able to get me in. Kristina helped me get my life back on track dealing with a chronic pain disease. Kristina is very resourceful, knows a lot of people in the medical field, and knows how to adjust medication accordingly. She listens attentively, researches her patients' conditions thoroughly, and reaches out during time of need. I've truly never met a person invested in their patient's health more than Kristina. For example, I have visited multiple doctors and specialists before and was given nothing to work with or generic advice. Kristina was able to take action right way and provide me with the care I need. Thank you, Comprehensive Clinical Services.

I’m so grateful for Kristina . Until now I’ve struggled for years to get the support I needed for my PTSD. Kristina is easy to talk to and listens to me. She provided me a treatment plan for my needs. She explains every medication and what to expect. She not only cares buts it’s helped me to care for myself.
