Maybe use your brain for something other than sending invoices, or ask your useless office manager Jenna. Ask them which patient called several times in a short period, obviously upset, ask them which one asked to speak to you specifically Taylor Cole. Still haven't heard from any of you by the way. Do everyone a favor, leave this industry. You are everything that is wrong with it.
"An" aspect? Zero notice to the patients when one of your providers quit the practice. Providers showing up 30 minutes late to a 30 minute VIRTUAL appointment with zero notice. Taking over a week to send in prescriptions. Your office answering every other question with "I dont know". The clinical owner herself never being avaliable.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of care received in addition to the reliability of the therapists at Choice Clinical Services. I do not like to take the time out of my day to write reviews but this is important for anyone seeking help and chooses CCS. The prevalence of misdiagnosis is an underlying issue in the mental health space and that is what happened here. Taylor Cole (owner) asked me to not write this review because it would make her look bad, so you know I am a verified user. I sought these services for a little over 3 months and was told what I was going through was grief, never once told I had a diagnosis of GAD. To be diagnosed with GAD I would've needed SIX MONTHS of self-reported anxiety or at least under her care for 6 months. according to the DSM, again I saw her for only THREE months. If I did have GAD, shouldn't my therapist notify me? You would think so, in order for me to navigate my agency to work through ways of overcoming it. I guess Taylor did not think that was important information to share until I requested a mental health evaluation from her office for a job I am seeking and I found out I apparently have an anxiety disorder based upon initial intake. We live in a litigious society and I am not for libeling anyone's business, I am speaking from my own experience; I trusted this place to help me when I was in need, I trusted them to be honest/forthcoming with me, I trusted them to be helpful seeing how my University referred them to me, I trusted for us to have open communication (which Taylor was terrible at answering the phone/emails) and from MY experience they were NONE of these things...take from this what you will. Good riddance, Taylor.
