As always everyone at this practice go beyond .
The Nurses , Doctors ,reception team + pharmacy are wonderful + make you feel at ease the minute you arrive.
We never have a problem getting to speak to someone on the phone or getting an appointment.
We feel so lucky to have Harambee as our Doctors surgery.

I have generally found the practice to be good but this view was totally tarnished by my experience yesterday. My experience with doctor DuToit (through her body language, manner and overall attitude) was that she was totally disinterested in engaging with me. My experience was that she did not address my questions in a meaningful, supportive and effective way, did not consider the appropriateness of my current medications - given the side effects and their impact on me I advised of - and consider or suggest whether alternatives - including non prescription drugs - may be possible (deflecting me to raise such points with my cardiologist instead), provided no guidance on how I might stop taking my current medications beyond saying "just stop" and was, in my view, keen to get me out of the door as fast as possible. I left feeling annoyed verging on angry and felt that I had wasted my time.

I felt I was treated very well as always. Dr Khan is always understanding and listens to what you have to say, even when the surgery is busy I never feel rushed. The reception staff and nurses are always very pleasant and understanding. Thank you.

There was a little wait until I was seen by the doctor (which is totally understandable), however when I was seen nothing was rushed during my appointment, everything was explained fully to me and my questions were answered to my complete understanding. I felt I was treated in a fully professional manner throughout my appointment.

Always have no trouble in arranging an appointment. Receptionists are always very helpful. When on the odd occasion I have to attend I always see the doctor within a few minutes of the appointment time.
