Loved my first session at Chill Glow Hale! Cryotherapy is something I've read a lot into recently after struggling with a recurring knee issue - and wow was I surprised with the effects! The pain and inflammation I've been struggling with were instantly relieved and I felt fantastic for the following few days! I've signed up to the gold membership and look forward to returning!

Tried out the Cryo machine today. Was well looked after by Natalie. The clinic is lovely and clean and the 3 mins in cryo went really quickly. Definitely easier than doing an Ice Bath. The lady leaving as I went in was talking about the benefits she’s already seen, having only done a few sessions - no joint pain, happier and generally just feeling better.

Absolutely love it!!! Chill Glow was recommended to me by a friend and I cannot believe the benefits which it offers. Catherine is super warm and reassuring on the first visit. I have tried so many things to combat anxiety but this truly works…. a good nights sleep, waking up without worries. My skin feels amazing and I feel full of energy. I've known Liliana for many years and have always been struck by her professionalism and infectious enthusiasm. When she told me she'd launched this new service/therapy in south Manchester, Chill Glow, I was intrigued and treated myself to a birthday session. It was a revelation and I came away really energised. I have since been back with my partner and have booked a further two sessions for September. I absolutely LOVE cryo therapy at ChillGlow in Hale and am now addicted. The whole process is quick, easy and efficient and the staff (Kathy, Joe and the girls) are super helpful and friendly.

I have to admit, I didn't know what to expect before my first session, but the freezing cold IS bearable (yes it really is!) and totally invigorating.

After my sessions now, I feel an increased overall wellbeing, it clears my head, my skin looks the best it ever has done. It's a fantastic way to reset your mind and body and I would sincerely recommend it to anyone who's loooking for a refreshing and beneficial wellness treatment (that is quick and easy).

If you're unsure, go in with a partner or friend which actually seems to make the process fly by, will give you a bit more confidence particularly for your first session and put some funky tunes on (you can request anything and they will play it through the speakers in the chamber).

Visiting ChillGlow - a new full-body cryotherapy experience in Hale from entrepreneur Liliana Ashton - was unlike anything I've ever done before. I liken it to being dropped in the middle of the Arctic for three minutes - and initially you do feel a bit discombobulated. But WOW - what a pay-off. You come out feeling completely reinvigorated and rejuvenated, as if someone has just given you a kind of complete reboot. Particularly as it's so convenient, would highly recommend.

Absolutely love it! Feel invigorated straight away. Been coming since it first opened and now do it twice a week. The difference in mental clarity is huge and reduction in aches and pains from going to the gym is reducing all the time. Staff are really friendly. Highly recommended.

I was a little worried as I don’t like being cold 🥶 but it was actually really exhilarating and I did it with a friend so we had a real giggle and dance for the 3 minutes. Overall a great experience, great sleep that night and DOMS reduced. Thanks Lilianna for the invite, I’ll definitely be back.
