I came to see Claire just before Christmas to address an issue with my lower back. Claire was very accommodating and able to quickly fit me in to her busy schedule in the lead up to the holiday period.

The clinic is easily accessible and is conveniently located a 2 minutes’ walk from the train station. On arrival Claire was very friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away, there was an initial discussion about the issue followed by a visual assessment, then Claire set to work on addressing the problem.

With her experience, careful questioning and listening, Claire was able to get to the root of the issue quickly and the results in my case were instant. I left the clinic feeling a few inches taller and pain free for the first time in weeks! I won't hesitate to see Claire should I have any issues in future.

I wholeheartedly and highly recommend the Tonbridge Osteopathic Clinic and Claire. I came with neck and shoulder pain which had been going on for nearly 6 months despite many other interventions and pain killers. After taking the time to take a detailed history, Claire got to work on it right away! I have ongoing issues due to working at a desk full time and find Claire excellent at diagnosing and treating every time I need to see her. I always leave in a better state than when I entered and usually with advice on how to carry on getting better/improve things.

Claire is a lovely person who always makes you feel welcome and at ease. The clinic is lovely and with it being just off the high street makes it very easy to get to. The website for booking is so easy to use and I always get an appointment at a time/day to suit me.

I thoroughly recommend Claire Terry! I'm not sure now why I first saw Claire! I've seen her for knee/leg pain, back pain, shoulder pain and more recently neck/shoulder pain due to a trapped nerve in my neck.

The clinic is small but perfectly formed and easily accessible being all on ground level. It's light and bright and has parking which is always a plus these days. Online booking is now available too via her web page, which is great. Claire made me feel comfortable straight away. After the initial questions about the injury and medical history etc, she then sets about with hands on manipulation, checking regularly that you're comfortable.

Though I may be in pain, (I have fibromyalgia so always have a pain somewhere!) I always look forward to sessions with Claire, though I sometimes ache a bit more shortly after any session I know it will help. It always surprises me how much better I feel after a session, more balanced and able to move more freely, even if several sessions are needed to completely solve the problem, though she won't suggest more sessions if they're not necessary. I now see Claire as soon as I can, if I feel I need to, as I know she can make a difference very quickly - she does a mean back and shoulder massage if you feel like it too!

I initially went to see Claire with lower back pain over 10 years ago and have been seeing her regularly ever since.

It is very easy to get to the clinic and there is always a warm welcome. Claire always starts by asking how I have been and any issues before starting treatment. Claire was the one who identified that I had DVT where the GP had previously failed to diagnose (by then I had been in pain for over 2weeks) which I am forever grateful otherwise I may not have been able to get the necessary treatment so promptly.

I don’t think my back pain will ever go away but it is kept at bay after each visit to Claire. Seeing Claire on a regular basis keeps me pain free.

Having suffered pain for a long time due to shoulder and back injuries my wife recommended I visit Claire at her clinic. I”m very glad I did. After a thorough assessment of my conditions she proceeded with a course of treatments to help me which I have found extremely beneficial as well as providing me with exercises I can do at home to keep me on track. I maintain ongoing treatments because my job and sports have an impact on my injuries and Claire’s therapy keeps me mobile as well as ongoing recommendations and support from Claire.

Claire is consistently professional in her approach to treating any injury that I have incurred and listens intently to where the pain or strain is, so that she knows exactly where to direct immediate relief to that area. Claire also offers advice to seek other medical advice if she feels assessment might be available via a NHS scan or a GP. Even so, she is my first port of call if I have muscular discomfort of any sort for immediate relief from pain.
