Having used gyms all my life and throughout the UK I really do think that this gym is just excellent. It has everything I need as far as weights and machines but more than that it is a polite atmosphere. (for someone over 60, that is just cool....and if you're over 60 then it's also groovy) The owners are lovely and the other members are just well......polite. Easy to use, good prices, good parking and all in all just an excellent gym. You should try it!

Joined today and was very easy joining process, Owners are very welcoming and you feel like your joining a family, Gym is very well equipped with everything you need, very impressed by the cardio machines and free weight areas.
