Just had a stairlift installed and must say the engineers that fitted it were on time very friendly they even hoovered up afterwards .
Even took the old stair rail away saving us cutting it down and take it to the waste site . 100% service and so happy I can get up and down the stairs without having to stop three or four times each way so thank you for the service given guys .

Simple over the phone request which was agreed.Please ring me in good time prior to arriving on the day as I have a dog that will need to be contained. Failed again and again to do do.

The chair itself is extremely uncomfortable and took months to install. The Customer service staff are not only rude but also wrong in what they tell you from call to call.
They were nice until the lift was installed but have been utterly useless since. The chair skips up the stairs and not glides. We were told the services for the first 2 years are free but have now been told its £90-£200. Definitely wouldn't recommend

Having had the chair now for 5 years I am being told that I have to pay for repairs. Never had a letter or verbal conversations in regards to repairs & time line. I am disgusted that being disabled it's been taking advantage of. Its my life line to my bedroom and without my stairs lift I can't go downstairs. This sadly is my world now.

Nothing but problems with substandard equipment been installed , never aligned properly from start , having to go back and forth on chair for it to work properly. Broken down twice in 10 days. Call out engineer 1 person covers whole of South Coast . !! Stuck upstairs again 2nd time in a fortnight. Being accused of misuse of the footplate when we have done everything by the book. Rubbish company

Didn't think I needed a chair lift . Liftability were very helpful in helping me decide. The reps & fitters were extremely good workers. I will throughly recommend the company.
