Me and my daughter had a bad experience today. I paid an extra 220 for my daughter's glasses because she got hyperpigmentation. I had to wait 3 weeks, when I came to get glasses, the frames were completely different from the frames my daughter chose. At first the staff said it couldn't be replaced. When I asked to check CCTV, these glasses frames were not the ones my daughter chose, remained silent.
Then made me pay an extra £50 for the frames we had chosen 3 weeks ago and were quoted an extra £10. I asked if my daughter can keep her incorrectly cut glasses, because having to wait another 3 weeks while still wearing her old glasses might increase her nearsightedness. While I emphasized that I would return it when I came to pick up the correct glasses of my daughter choice. They refused. Only when I said I would call the police ,Then agree to let my daughter take back the glasses they had mistakenly made.
The staff's attitude is extremely unpleasant! Only one employee named Henry still had a cheerful attitude. The rest treated us like we were people who wanted to cause trouble. Even when I asked why I had to pay an extra £50 for the frames I was told it was an extra £10 which I paid 3 weeks ago. She said chose frames that cost 90 pounds ,mean I won't have to pay extra for £90 frames -very contemptuous and racist attitude-While I was wondering, the price of eyeglass frames is different for the same eyeglass frame.
I had a very bad experience today.
I called the police for advice on the issue of the same frames being charged at 2 different prices.I was advised by the police to contact Specsaves wed.I Filled out the form and waited for their response (Notice within 24 hours).
Please send a picture and voice recording of the day we chose the glasses, to prove they are two different frames, and that's why you charged different money. If not, please help me tell me whether you are following the law by selling a two-priced for 1 eyeglass frame ?

I've been wearing glasses for 44 years now,and I'm not exaggerating when I say this last pair I had from Specsavers, are the best ever, so crystal clear,up close and far away. Hugo boss, Aviators, so stylish too, even though I am 75 in 2025. 😀 Worth every penny of the £175 I paid for them.

Great service, staff are really polite and helpful and it feels like the want to be there and are not just there because they have to be, and I got awesome new glasses cheaper than expected as the staff took me through offers that I didn't know about

Took my sons glasses in for new ones as the frames had broken, the lady said she would ordered them popped back in 5 days later to see what was going on and they said they have not been ordered.
While we was there the phone was ringing and a couple of people around the desk but never answered the phone.
They said they would ordered them today and should be in next week.
