This pharmacy has delivered my medication for a number of years now, after changing from another pharmacy and I am very happy with the service they provide. They have always been friendly, helpful and professional both in person and over the phone. Very efficient and quick to help with any problems you may have.

Not sure if it's a new owner or manager, but no good anymore, normally I am served by a man who is friendly professional and efficient, but last time I was served by a lady which was rude argumentative and completely disorganised, had to go in to find out where my medication is and she explained the delay in letting me know my medication was ready to pick up is due to covid and flu vaccinations, which I appreciate but 4 days is not good, doing vaccinations should not make you forget other people who rely on there prescriptions to live, wouldn't normally be annoyed by it but also mistakes with my wife's prescription aswel

I feel that things have seemed to have slipped since Hamza Iqbal left. My wife and I have a problem getting our prescriptions, without anything being missing or not ordered by the pharmacist I have to go back and tell them the prescription has items missing from the original order. I do not know how this can happen as it is an electronically generated repeat prescription. The staff are friendly and helpful and rectify the situation as soon as they are made aware of it.
Edit: They have went further downhill since my previous review, now for some reason we have to collect our prescriptions weekly instead of 4 weekly.
My wife went this morning to collect her prescription
just to be told that they didn't have it as they have not got the tablets. When asked when they would be available, my wife was asked for our phone number and they would call when the prescription would be in. These tablets are crucial cancer tablets especially.
