I have been with the doctors surgery in oxhey drive most of my life and have been lucky enough to have had the best doctors. My most recent doctor on the other hand isn’t what I expected. That being said the receptionists have been amazing. I understand that they are very busy and we as patients go to the doctors when we are not at our best, but I do have to say that in my view they are all amazing. They have always tried their best and have been helpful. I do believe that if you go to them with a negative attitude it would put someone on edge. So please everyone, please be kind to people who are only trying to help and do their job.

5 weeks for the simplest ear wax removal - had given appointment for 20.02(received a call one day later to come over to confirm with doctor), got confirmation, unfortunately receptionist has given my appointment to someone else. Re-booked for 27.02, received cancellation as nurse called sick, re-booked for 4.03, received call to inform that nurse who is working that day is not qualified to do ear wax removal, re-booked for 21.03,came in to be told that no equipment for ear wax removal, was offered to go to Specsavers, refused and now I am re-booked for 26.03. Don't keep my hopes up that it would be done then (probably will find some reason not to do it)

Been coming here for about 20 years, I have never had any problems with any of the staff.
The receptionists are amazing and work so well when the que is out the door and the phone is ringing non stop.
I have always usually got an appointment when needed.
I have only been seen by a handful of GPs and being in the NHS myself I understand there pressure to see up to 30 people a day plus call backs and chasing tests so I'm so thankful for them. 10/10.

Reception staff are very helpful. From Teresa who's been there for a very long time to the new receptionist Theresa, Lilly and Anantha. Lilly is extremely helpful, very calm, collected and a lovely person.
Lilly did everything she could to help me see a doctor whilst I was at the surgery for blood tests.
Anantha is just as helpful and a really lovely person.
Theresa (The new receptionist) ensured my GP was changed to my preferred GP. I found Teresa to be extremely helpful. Whenever I ring, she is always very pleasant and does everything she promised she would do for me. She follows up on what she's promised to do and that's a very important factor that I give 10/10. Thank you Teresa, I appreciate your help very much.
Reception staff have a lot to contend with and are extremely busy. They always help me and ensure I get the best help and support I need -10/10
Great practice with good Doctors, Nurses and receptionists.

Always be patient and kind to the staff that help us. It makes their life and ours a whole lot better.

I'm not sure why the surgery has poor ratings as they've given my family fantastic service over the last year. Same day appointments whenever we have needed them! Receptionists are friendly and helpful and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Extremely pleased with the services of this GP surgery and will always recommend them.
