I would like to say big thank you to Dr Colin Bernstein for his care of my son Leo.
Dr Colin Bernstein saw us first when Leo was 6.5 weeks old. Leo was born early with low birthweight. He was suffering with gastroesophageal reflux and irregular bowel habits. From the initial consultation (that was Zoom consultation d/t Covid-19) we were diagnosed correctly and adequate treatment was suggested which helped us to resolve the issue.
Dr Colin Bernstein is reviewing Leo on a regular basis and we are following his recommendation / advice on solid feeds, Leo’s growth and development.
It’s good to know there is the Doctor who can always guide us, the parents, by giving an appropriate advice, helping us to overcome our worries and concerns about our baby’s health and development.

Poor administration and a weak culture toward parents makes this a must-avoid.

Unfortunately I had the anxiety and distress of fighting for 4 months to obtain my child's patient records from this practice... but was greeted with resistance, nonchalance, calls & emails not being returned and reneging on promises.

They seem to think that it's perfectly acceptable to say one thing yet do another..... Save yourself the distress and find someone more professional that has a caring attitude towards parents and keeps their pledges.

When your child is ill, that is stressful enough without meeting this kind of abysmal service.
