I recently had a need for an emergency dentist appointment and I was so relieved it was scheduled here. The dentist I saw, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, was incredibly professional.

Before even touching my teeth, she thoroughly explained the procedure, the risks, and what to expect. The appointment itself was quick and efficient, with no unnecessary delays or fussing around. I've had negative experiences with dentists in the past, which has made me quite apprehensive about dental work. However, this dentist completely changed my perception. Her skill and calming demeanor were truly amazing, and I'm now seriously considering signing up as a private patient. This experience has restored my faith in dental care and I'm grateful for the positive treatment I received.

The clinic is making it increasingly difficult to contact a GP. Since October 2023! I have been waiting for an appointment with a dermatologist on a "cito" basis. and with an orthopedist. Unfortunately, both referrals "went missing" and later disappeared from the clinic. I was forced to go privately to both specialists and have the surgery done privately. The prescription from the private orthopedist is running out and I cannot repeat them, because I have not been able to book an appointment for a 2 weeks. Every time I try, I get a message that "I have used up my limit of visits this year" (I have not had any this year), when I call the reception of the clinic, I am referred to ordering appointments online. I would like a recipe (step by step) for effectively booking a "face to face" appointment with a GP, because I cannot,

Had my mums appointment today through dental emergency service. So we saw this SO CALLED dentist called Ahsen Arshad. Very arrogant, rude and unprofessional person who doesn’t even know the words like hello, sorry and excuse me, which we get taught in primary school. God knows who appoints people like him on public service which shouldn’t be even allowed as a gate keeper. He doesn’t care what other dentists said about the problem. In fact he says leave it as it is or take the bloody tooth out when the other dentists said they can put a cap on. Fuming. 😡

0 stars. Absolutely atrocious service. Tried to get an appointment for my wife for days now, on hold for 45 minutes (number 1 in the queue apparently!?) then an automated message said I could have a call back. Still waiting for a call back 3 days later. No appointments available online through their website either, as capacity is full. This practice is not even worth describing itself as a GP, they don't want to see anyone and just divert your problem to pharmacist/111 or 999. Not fit for purpose.

Shocking! Receptionist staff are rude and can never get an appointment. For non emergencies I get told to ring at 11 but when I do I am then told I have to ring the following day at 8am. So which one is it? I’ve also found that records are not properly updated so I end up being given the wrong medication and being told that a certain one had never been prescribed to me. If this was the case how could I have possibly have gotten it?!

Today, I called the emergency dental hotline because my teeth were in severe pain, and three of them were almost falling out. They told me to go to this dental clinic. I went there early and waited for a long time, only to be told to go to a private dental clinic instead. Isn’t it an emergency to have you check what’s wrong with my teeth? I wouldn’t have come if there wasn’t a problem. What is the point of having an emergency dentist if they can’t help in an emergency? This was a complete waste of time and very frustrating

Today I went there an emergency appointment ,I paid and after within two minutes I am out side of clinic ,Dr just takes x-ray and she didn't even check my any thooth and told me take another appointment and try another medical dental clinic ,she said I can't remove my thooth it's harder for me,, dr. Said to me you need specialist, why they are for emergency ? If you are not capable for find solutions so why you registered for emergency....Dr. Lady was very rude I never ever go back there
