Took my son here a few years ago, was seen fairly quickly and the Dr knew straight away what the problem was, EXCELLENT service.
The day before, i took my son to a hospital in Hertfordshire, we waited over 6 hours to basically be told they did not know what it was. However the Dr at Chase Farm diagnosed it straight away, he did say it was a rare skin infection, so for him to diagnose it, he must have been experienced.

I'd like to leave this review specifically for Fred (I believe this is his name) who works in the Urgent Care of Chase Farm Hospital. He was extremely helpful, patient and has a friendly nature.

He went through things very quickly, checked my injury and got an X-Ray done and results back within 10-15 mins. He explained the results and what I should do to prevent the injury from getting worse and provided medication. I have a half marathon coming up next week and he told me to be careful but gave me some instructions to follow.

I am so happy there are doctors like this within the NHS and please make sure you look after him and give him a pay rise.

Fantastic hospital. Had to make use of the urgent care unit and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received by all the members of staff here. Thank you very much NHS and chase farm.

Absolutely brilliant. I had a severe chest infection on a Sunday. Was seen almost immediately by two Urgent Care Practitioners. Very thorough, professional and kind. Strongly recommend.

Reception staff, especially the woman at the reception is extremely rude. This has been the height of inefficiency. First, a nurse calls you in writes down part of your history, but she can't refer you for an x-ray. So you have to wait for someone else for another hour to be referred for an x-ray. Then you come out and sit for another hour to be taken in for an x-ray and then you have to wait even longer for the X-ray to be reported back. No wonder and a chairs is running at a loss because they operate with such inefficiency.
I work in the primary care setting in the NHS as well and this is a s*** show. No private organisation runs like this because they know they will be making massive losses. What a circus. Finchley memorial is busier than this and runs better. A&E is busier than this short-staffed and runs better. Chase farm is a pathetic place and a joke

I have been to urgent care twice this week. The second time I had a longer wait as it was more busy and there were people who needed to be seen before me. All of the staff I saw were great but I would like to say a particular thank you to the reception staff both times and to the doctor I saw on Wednesday evening (at about 7.30pm) I wished I had asked her name as she was so lovely! Even though it was getting near to the time they close and they were still busy she took her time with me and really tried to help sort out what was going on (I was having allergic reaction - not severe, but not mild) to try and ensure I could be more comfortable. I was truly touched by her compassion and the obvious love she has for her vocation.
Thank you to everyone, but particularly the doctor I saw on Wednesday evening.

My experiences of the Urgent Care Centre at Chase Farm Hospital have always been positive. The staff, from the receptionists to the nurses, have always been kind and compassionate towards me. There is a long wait to be seen but that’s to be expected given the demand on NHS services. Thank you to the staff at the Chase Farm Urgent Care Centre 🙂
