Absolutely stellar.
Had a double bilateral mastectomy earlier in the month, my first consultation was fantastic, staff were on the ball, appointment time was prompt, a world away from your usual hospital experience.

Came in for surgery and was made to feel very comfortable, nurses and other staff are incredible. Rob was a absolute star, what a man! After surgery my aftercare has been second to none, follow up appointment pre booked, detailed notes and plans for recovery, and a letter sent to my GP detailing my surgery and the aftercare plan.

Really can not recommend Nuffield enough. Great place and incredible staff 🙂

I visited the hospital three times in 6 weeks with regards to my unhappy prostate, and I have nothing but great things to say. All of the nurses were lovely (some even recognised me on later visits!), the food was delicious, and the consultant who performed the HoLEP procedure on me did a wonderful job. The room that I stayed in (room 35) had everything that I needed. In summary, I couldn't have asked for better care and better staff. If only they had cakes, it would have been perfect 🙂

After I left a message got a contact and apology from the Hospital Operations Director, this went well and I raised my rating, although I still think the front line team needs to improve.

“Very bad experience. The receptionists are racists, they don't treat you well if you're not white.

Waiting time was very long, appointment was for 1pm but waited until 1.40pm without being seen, over 40 mins waiting time makes booking an appointment in advance pointless!”

I had my wisdom teeth removed by consultant Mr Wilson. The care I received from staff was excellent, I felt well informed, comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Thanks to all the wonderful friendly staff

Had physio at Nuffield on a shoulder injury a couple of months ago. Physio was excellent and very helpful and all staff through hospital very friendly and welcoming. Brilliant service

Attended for a full medical (ECG, Chest X-Ray etc). Could not fault the staff or facilities. So well looked after. Will definitely return for next years medical.

Recommended via insurance company to attend private medical appointment here. 45+ minute wait time based in appointment time. Appointment outlined same information which Dr. via Insurance company had already indicated. Complete waste of time, and asked to pay additional charges for the visit. Very poor experience for private medical.

The worst private clinic I have ever visited. The receptionist are not welcoming at all and have a very rude attitude when you raise concerns about your waiting time.

This was my 3rd time visiting the clinic and I had to wait over 40 minutes (or even an hour) for my appointments. It doesn’t matter if I arrive early (being the first) or the last the waiting time is not acceptable.

I am truly shocked of this service and very disappointed. I have visited many private clinics in London and I was hoping the quality or at least the manner of staff would be the same (if not better) but I was unfortunately wrong.

The specialist/surgeons are trying to be helpful but they overpromise and underdeliver. All the specialist promised me things they would do but never happened (follow up notes etc).

I almost feel like this place is a scam. I do not recommend.
