I have found Connect Health to be very poorly run. You first go to see a doctor with your health problem, and he then refers you to Connect Health. You may hear from them but you probably will not. When you hear from them you will get an appointment to see a physiotherapist who talks to you and decides what action to take, It's in their hands whether you get to see a consultant or they may decide to send you a video by e-mail with exercises for you to do, they don't seem to give physiotherapy when you are at the hospital anymore, even though the physiotherapy department is usually empty of patients. Physiotherapy departments were once full of patients doing exercises. Those days are gone. I have serious health problems and trying to see a consultant is just about impossible. Doctors have lost the ability to send you to see a consultant and that is wrong.

I have tried several times to access my physio treatment plan via the email link they sent, without success.
All I need is a face to face appointment to be assessed....how hard can it be?!!
I'm editing this review based on recent experience of their service for referring a knee issue. I last saw clinician Hayden, and he couldn't have been more thorough and efficient. Communication was excellent, and referral for follow up treatment was quick.

Feels like a scheme to syphon public money. The pain management consists of (under) 30 minute phone conversations over a month apart. We have not yet finished covering how I ended up in this mess what they plan to do about it. It has been of zero use. My person calls on time which I read may not be the case. After another such call, which have so far been of zero use, he couldn't even book a next appointment. I had to call and wait to book one, decided to look up what this company is and discovered that yes, just like it is for me this service is a cheap pretense that something is being done for you. I will ask to be removed. Money can be used elsewhere.

I was discharged from the living well with pain service without asking or any reason around 3 or 4 months ago, this company then sent texts and emails to fill out 9 surveys. I then today got more texts and emails today saying I had been discharged again and to fill out the 9 surveys again. The one session I had I was referred to a website and to use the Headspace app. (that my work already provides for free)

Offer no flexible sessions for people who have to work and no support on weekends. Just out to do the very bare minimum and on your way. Total waste of time.

Avoid Avoid Avoid this company. I have had years of pain and this company is a waste of time. their so called physios and doctors are less than useless. Even telephone appointments are not kept. I am so furious I dont know where to begin. The Doctor I saw today should have just said to me I really cant be bothered to see you because his actions and his fake speech it was clear. If your doctor has referred you to them, refuse it and tell them you want to see a real doctor. I could write so much more but I am shaking with anger at how I was treated. A complete waste of time disgusting. they deserve less than the one star. AVOID

Connect Health do not diagnose or treat muscular skeletal pain. The impression they give is of a target led business model that discounts certain groups suffering pain because you will be on the books for too long. I wouldnt waste my time as a patient or a career as an employee. Made more progress going private and some pain disappeared completely after feeling condemned to what one writer named as 'The No Hope Hotel" as is Connect Health.....3 decades of taxpayers money wasted. They talk a good talk........

Make sure you have a few hours to spare when you trying ringing to book an appointment with them. You will be #1 on the queue but no one with pick up for 45 mins. The NHS need to audit this agency regularly!!

Been discharged without seeing anyone after 8 months on the waiting list for physio. Absolutely disgusting! Can't get through to anyone to find out what's going on either. Ridiculous!
