Excellent service with a helpful and knowledgeable clinician. Audrey listened to the children and understood their needs. She took into consideration the views of family members. She was patient with the children and helped them to engage with the assessment process. She took time to explain the condition and the medication to them. The service was fast, the clinic is clean and quiet, the email appointment reminders were helpful. Audrey is qualified to both diagnose and prescribe the appropriate medication.

Our experience with Dr Oppenheim has been excellent. My daughter has seen her 3 times over the course of 9 years for a bad accident. Very professional and manages to pick up on children's feelings and emotions without you even realising. Very clever Dr, Thankyou for helping our daughter

Audrey has supported our daughter and ourselves via video link for the past year via her private practice. She diagnosed our daughter and made recommendations for her care that have enable our daughter to make huge strides in her ability to cope with the world of today. Sometimes Audrey has given feedback or made recommendations that have been difficult to hear but these have always been in the best interests of our daughter and although we didn't always agree with her, she was invariably right in her assessments.

Should not be allowed to work with children. Fails to pick up on red flags. Great at patient blaming. Has other health professionals in the psychiatry field reviewing her just to bump up her score - have a Google of the names of some of the positive reviews and you'll see.

Our whole appointment was a shambles. She sent the pre appointment information to the wrong email address, was extremely unhelpful during our appointment. She came across as very judgmental and her people skills were poor. She appeared to blame us for her mistakes and make this very clear while she should have been trying to assist my daughter who has anxiety and pushing herself out of her comfort zone to look for help. This lady should not work with children and appears to be totally lacking in empathy. My thoughts after the experience was that she was filling up her pension pot prior to retirement and had lots interest in helping people. Luckily we have received much better support elsewhere.

We have been seeing Dr Oppenheim for the last 7 years. Our son was not attending school and had very high anxiety. Dr Oppenheim assessed and then diagnosed him with ASD and gave us step by step instructions and support to help him back into school. Which were successful. We have had appointments every 3 months without fail through the many ups and downs that come with school & teenage years. Dr Oppenheim has always been correct in her assessment and picked up on any issues we need to address. Her secretary has been amazing too especially when we have required urgent appointments by telephone or zoom. I have recommended Dr Oppenheim to many people because of her thorough assessment, caring but to the point discussions with my son and her ability to talk on his level. Her experience is invaluable.

Paid a small fortune to explain why we felt our son could be on the Attention Deficit scale. We had 3 meetings. Dr Oppenheimer was late for 2 and unprepared for all 3 eg did not review the surveys we did for her and asked same questions. Diagnosis letter was very short and did not contain much practical advice to schools surprise. Additionally diagnosis is not transferable to the NHS ie if we want medication we have to go via her which would cost much more. This was not clear at the start. Some advice was helpful and she seems knowledgeable but overall we wish we hadnt bothered.
