My sister has been looked after by carer Amber Bashir. We found her to be very professional, kind and very caring. When ever there was a problem she was always very quick to inform the officer and the family. She has now left Haven Care and will be missed by my sister and her family.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
Honestly the absolute worse care my parent has ever received. They need to be investigated thoroughly
They will never stay the full allocated time. Very few good carers amongst the unhygienic awful carers they provide.
I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS!

If there was a no star i would of put it.
We have just left this company as of last week.
Please listen to the negative reviews people aren't lying when they say they are bad.
This companys communication is so poor.
We have cameras inside the property and carers have not turned up at times or even been so late that the next call is due.
They are not alzheimers
or dementia trained as none of the carers have a clue.
The carers don't stay there time and don't follow instruction.
The people on the phone are so rude.
Stay clear of this company.

The absolute worst people in the care industry. If I could leave zero stars, I would’ve done. Carers were incompetent and rude. Attitude from every single member of staff. The word “care” is heavily misplaced here. The manager Carina is an absolute joke. When I called to complain, she laughed at me. We are now with another agency who is 1000 times better! Stay well clear from these guys - Even Hounslow council have removed them from the list of care providers.

Carers we have had in the past provided by this service have:

1. Asked my father to ask whether I can drop them off or collect them from centres my dad attends when I am working from home
2. Failed to turn up without notice
3. Haven Care have failed to follow up on non attendance of carers
4. As suggested in one of their surveys, we have never been visited by anyone from the Management team at Haven Care.
