I am so impressed with Stourside. I have been referred here from my GP and I must say right from the receptionist, nurses etc so professional and very polite. Dr Butt is lovely explains everything and takes the time to ask how you are etc. Nurses are lovely too and are really chatty. The hospital is so clean and smelt lovely. Thank you for looking after me!

I had a surgical procedure done here a week ago and all I can say is how amazing the care I received was. I was taken to my pod at the exact time they told me I would be and everything was fully explained to me. The surgical team, Dr, theatre staff and the nurses in recovery went above and beyond to give me one of the most caring and comfortable experiences I’ve ever had. The manager even took time out to kindly check all was ok. I genuinely cannot fault this place or the level of care I received.I would 100 per cent recommend and return if I ever needed further surgery. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience.

I attended Stourside hospital and saw Mrs Manivasagam. She discovered very quickly l needed a hysterectomy which was carried out by her at West Midlands Hospital. The operation was a success and Mrs Manivasagam was fantastic from beginning to end, l can't recommend this lady enough. Thank you Mrs Manivasagam.

When seen, service is very good. But follow ups are questionable .
If you have to contact the clinic for any reason, no one ever answers the call.
To the extreme that my GP asked me to contact the clinic as they had trouble getting anyone to answer a phone or respond to an email.
Cannot make follow up appointments due to this. Very poor service.

Should be zero if allowed!

I arrived @07:15, reception and nurses were very obliging. I arrived back home @08:47.
Dr tameen was absolutely unhelpful, refusing injections because I was driving! I had these injections last year and again I was driving, which she was fully aware, but went and checked the system, after checking in which proved me right, she still refused the injections,if policy has changed I should have been informed, but I think this is a cover up as she allowed me to drive July last year, and she said she must of missed that, I am not going to suffer due to the incompetence of a Dr! Also I have waited since February for this appointment which is 10 months from the last injections. I will not be seen by here again, unprofessional, rude and incompetant.

Write to my GP and I will get referred elsewhere.

You asked me to ring you, which have done, left a Voicemail with my number, no I haven’t had a call back.

I will not attend this hospital again, my recent referral has been cancelled, and my GP will send elsewhere! As far as the nerve block and steroid injections to the shoulders, I have waited since February so again I will not attend this hospital.

As I said previously write to my GP and I will be reffered elsewhere.

Customer satisfaction is completely missing and unsatisfactory.

Again no contact from you! Phoned the number given left a Voicemail! Not a surprise to get NO RESPONSE, you haven't advised my GP, you have not dealt with my complaint which is unacceptable, I expect my GP to be advised of the discharge from your clinic.

I am just finishing a course of 12 bladder treatments for chronic cystitis with Doctor Shahzad and his team and I simply have to say they have all been so professional, caring, understanding and kind throughout all the procedures. The massive bonus is that I have now not had cystitis for 5 months and although I understand there are no time promises with this treatment hopefully I will get a really long break from my chronic cystitis. I would advise anyone in my position to go to their gp and ask for a referral for this treatment.
