Seen long term results, in my pain management! Oliver and his team are amazing and worked a miracle on my 5 years of pain. I still need to keep conditioning and strengthening but if anyone has a slip disc or hypermobility/ligament issues, then Oliver is the best!

150% easiest recommendation I’ve ever given. Unable to walk without limping, couldn’t run or play football. Pain and swelling around sacroiliac joint.

After consultation and first treatment, had first night pain free sleep and the next morning I could put my socks on.

After second treatment, started to run again which seems trivial (I could barely walk some days and I’ve been playing sport for 30 years) being able to run this limited distance without pain changed my mental state and gave me a positive mindset again!!!

Oliver has succeeded where physio / rehabilitation centre for a week / chiropractor/ cupping and strengthening exercises had failed.

Oliver is a complete magician. He has worked on both myself and my wife, who has been suffering from chronic pain for more than 30 years. The outcome is nothing short of a transformation. Where she had a constant level of pain throughout every single day, she now has peaks and troughs, which she can manage with heat and a short rest. My pain is not chronic and nowhere near as debilitating. However, Oliver's treatment has made a huge difference, taking me mostly back to where I was before I sustained my lower back injury. Five stars don't do justice to Oliver and his Prolozone therapy. PS He's so good that we have travelled from the Outer Hebrides to Bedford for the treatment - that's two days' travel for a one-hour appointment. That's how good he is!

I arrived at ProHealth unable to stand-up for longer than twenty minutes with chronic neck pain and instability. Three months later I can now stand-up for 6-7 hours (still improving) and am 90% pain-free. I have my life back and will be forever grateful. It takes patience and an understanding that this is a cumulative non-linear process. I saw over twenty medical professionals before Oliver and all of them worsened my condition - chiro, PT etc. Massage and dry needling would support me in the short term but nothing would hold. Oliver was the first person I'd met in two years that understood my condition (cervical instability). No one talks about ligaments and their poor healing ability/blood flow and Oliver explained it perfectly to me. I felt in control of what was happening to me once I had a diagnosis that made sense and wasn't gaslit! Oliver and Linda are lovely people and extremely professional. Oliver was incredible! I came in with problems with my ankle and a stress fracture in my foot, with for them to hold up for a trial with an NFL team. Oliver made the time for me and gave good care in office and out of office to ensure that I was given the right tools, help and support to be able to get back running again as previously I could not without pain.

Really thankful that I used this service and I recommend everyone to follow suit if you have an injury!

Oliver asked me if I would write a review? Of course, I had no hesitation...Oliver has literally changed my life in just two treatments. I suffered really badly for years with bracialradial pruritis and also my left thigh had also kept me scratching and sleep deprived for almost 15 years!
Oliver was very professional and kind and very informative for any questions I threw his way. I literally cannot thank him enough, I now can take hot showers, sit in the sun, and sleep at nights, the money I had to pay was extremely worth it..I just wish I had found Oliver years ago. .

I saw Oliver first time for my knee in October 2022. After being hit by a driver at a roundabout and hitting my knee on the dash I had a thorn meniscus and multiple floating bodies in my knee. I had conventional physio and I saw no improvement after multiple sessions. The consultant advised that I will need a knee replacement and told me that I should have cortisone injection if I want to be able to do some form of physical activity. When I saw Oliver for the first time I could barely walk and my gait was uneven. I started to feel better about a week after the first injection and I improved consistently since. I had my last injection in January 2023 and since then I returned to my regular routine. I dance regularly, jump, run without any issues, my gait is normal and I have no grinding or locking in my knee. I was very circumspect about the treatment but almost 2 years of normal life can’t be attributed to anything else. I have friends who have cortisone injections and they are lucky to have 4 months pain free. I would recommend Oliver to anyone with joint or soft tissue injuries.

Oliver and Linda are super helpful and they will go above and beyond to help you get a convenient appointment despite them being busy.

If you are keen to heal injuries or wear & tear, naturally, I highly recommend prolotherapy in conjunction with physical therapy. Although the injections can be rather uncomfortable, after 3 to 4 sessions I have seen much improvement in the all-day crunching / crackling sound, my neck made.

I am now trying prolotherapy in the pelvis and lumbar spine. After two child births & two Grade 3 tears into the pelvic floor muscle, I have significant pelvic instability & a slipped disc - I'm very interested in seeing if this too, can be strengthened with prolo.

I shall update in a few months time!
