The management in this place have zero organisation skills. The colleagues don’t communicate with each other effectively. No one has any idea about your query even when you’ve logged it with them and spoken about it on 2/3 other occasions. Abdul from within the organisation is extremely rude. Has no manners when dealing with his customers. Very disrespectful, especially when speaking to women. Shows zero remorse and takes no accountability for errors that are caused by their end. Absolutely disgusting.

Always a pleasure, great friendly staff, very fast and effective services, got plenty of courses and activities running out throughout the whole year around for adults and youths, keep up the good work #CCF TEAM.
