A really warm welcome and a lovely calm treatment space.
Liz puts you at ease and her massage bed is a warm and comforting delight. Just relax and chill and you float away for the time of your treatment. Don’t be surprised if you don’t want leave! Thanks Liz, see you again soon xx

Always such a warm welcome from Liz, and after a particularly stressful week my recent massage was just what the doctor ordered to help restore my wellbeing. The lovely Liz never disappoints and Is always filled with so much knowledge and advice. I had the REN back to life massage which was amazing. The room is so tranquil and calm and you can easily get lost in there and forget about the outside world! Liz is a lovely person and a true professional. I just need to treat and pamper myself more often so that I can enjoy that little piece of paradise once more.
