Possibly the worst doctors surgery i have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Rude Staff, refuse to help or assist and offer the most inflexible service i have ever encountered through the NHS.
I would recommend anyone with health issues to seek alternative assistance from another surgery.

I like millions of people have sat in this doctors office for hours waiting because the doctor was late for my appointment, I turned up 10 minutes late to mine because of having a life and a job and kids and they gave my appointment away without even ringing me, it took me 5 minutes to park so I was probably in the car park when it was given away. The amount of hours patients sit waiting and waiting and mine was given away in a matter of minutes. What a disgrace

Always had a great experience with this surgery. Easy to get through to compared to others and if anything they've pestered me regarding all the issues I have had to ensure the problems are resolved!!

Lauren is an amazing asset to this surgery. I have never had an annual health check that has been so holistic and treats me as a whole person. Attention to detail and her professional curiosity makes her a brilliant nurse. It wasn’t a case of ticketing off the checklist - weight, blood pressure reading etc. Lauren listen to my concerns and addressed an underlying issue that others have missed. Thank you Lauren.

Over the last 12 weeks i have had the pleasure of being treat by nurse Lauren Bell. Who is like a breath of fresh air. Patient.attentive.and nothing is a bother. A credit to the practice.

Very difficult to get through to the reception. The lines are always busy. There must be people who religiously wait by the phone to call exactly at 8.15 am to speak with someone at the surgery. So sad that this is the case. When you do get through, the lady who does answer speaks with a condescending, verging on being hostile tone of voice. If you don't like your job, please don't channel your emotions through to patients over the phone. Being polite to people goes a long way.

Disgraceful service, not even a facility to be put on hold or in a queue when phoning to make an appointment or speak to reception, just engaged tone and then cut off. Absolutely shocking bearing in mind the priory health Trust happily take the money appointed to them when you join their practice!

Worst doctors practice I’ve ever heard of! No help for those with mental health issues at all. I called them 138 times before I managed to get through to reception one day last week.
It’s like they don’t care about their patients at all. I’ve been in tears after speaking to them three or four times now.
Trust me and don’t use the practice!!
